A waste drying device that can significantly reduce the cost of industrial waste by drying and reducing the volume of diapers and medical waste.
Medical waste treatment device Melt King MD, capable of drying, volume reduction, and sterilization of items such as disposable diapers and medical waste, reducing weight by up to 1/50 and significantly lowering industrial waste disposal costs.
Infectious medical waste, such as paper diapers, is indirectly heated and dried by blocking oxygen in the reduction chamber of the device, achieving significant volume reduction. The reduction rate varies depending on the type of material and moisture content, but a maximum reduction of 98% is possible. For example, food waste can be reduced to 1/10 of its original volume. Since there is no dust dispersion due to indirect heating and no incineration, this is an environmentally friendly system that does not produce dioxins. The patented deodorization technology significantly reduces odors during heating, and the operating noise is quiet. Both the reduction chamber and the deodorization chamber have a double structure, ensuring high safety. The processing temperature inside the reduction chamber is low, around 180°C, and since there is no oxidation reaction, the device has a long lifespan. It is equipped with a vibration device for emergency response. Currently, many hospitals, elderly care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and others across Japan have introduced Melt King to reduce waste disposal costs. If desired, demonstrations and tests can be conducted at the manufacturing site. Additionally, it is possible to visit a hospital in Tokyo that has implemented Melt King. We look forward to your contact.
